Rally to Protect Trans Health Care

Help protect transgender rights! 🏳️‍⚧️ Join us to rally outside of the Statehouse Annex and demand that leadership immediately pass Bill S3491/A4656 to protect access to necessary health care for transgender patients and providers.

This bill is urgent, and time is running out: While transgender and nonbinary youth, their families and medical providers face escalating national attacks, NJ’s Senate and Assembly leadership have allowed this critical bill to languish. With support from 75% of Democratic legislators plus thousands of community calls for action, the problem is not a lack of support — it’s gatekeeping. And when health care and lives are at risk, it’s DANGEROUS.
